Uncovering fresh shopping tips from industry insiders is always intriguing, right? Especially from people who happen to work in B2C (business to customers) retail format, who interact with different clients every single day and surely know what are most favored and loved items by customers. Because sales associates are well versed in specific categories, they can definitely point out some of the popular and first to go pieces. For this article I decided to involve our retail front end and e-commerce sales team to target exact fast selling pieces. Even though as buyers we predict the trends months or sometimes years in advance and decide “what to buy” that is sustainable for the American market, in reality what people actually like and pick up from our stores ultimately decides the business. And the sales team plays a big role here because they can actually point out what’s in-demand category.
