What is a mood board?
Mood board is a broad overview of the general styling theme. This will help you visualize the general color scheme, patterns and textures that will be considered for creating individual style boards.
What is a style board?
Excited for the festival season? Yes, we are talking about the 2022 Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival which is starting today April 15th. And there is nothing better than the festival fashion. The fact that we all want to look dance-floor ready or up for everything fun when it comes to dressing, makes it all the more exciting. And a festival is the perfect place to wear whatever we damn well please. Whether it is crochet midi over a neon-colored bikini, a sequin paired with leather pants and sporty cropped jacket or a complete see-through ensemble, the only style brief you need to remember for festivals is “you do you”.
Here are some ready style boards for last minute festival shoppers, and even if you are not attending any summer festivals like me, you can still note down these styles/pairings for your summer holiday packing list or your usual day at work. Some combinations are made considering the cold/not so cold weather condition places like New York, Aspen etc. From full on festival experience to a perfect sunny day outing in Miami to a normal dinner evening in the city, you can play along with these styles considering the weather and occasions. Here are some uncommon and unique pairings curated by me. The curation includes casual, festival, ultra-sophisticated, pastel and some extra hot summer pallet with some saturated shades. Some of these style boards are approved by The Number Nineteen’s clients who are attending the festival this weekend.
If you ever recreate these color combinations or exact same look do tag The Number Nineteen on IG or write to me (Contact), I would love to see your recreation and hear from you. Happy Scrolling!!
